Searching for a business
- Click on a business category in the "Popular Searches" box. You can also use the search box above to enter a business category or the name of a specific business. Then enter your location in the "City or Zip" box and click the "search" button.
- You will see a list of the businesses that match your search terms. Businesses are listed in the order of their average rating. Businesses with no reviews appear at the bottom in alphabetical order.
- You can change the way the listings are sorted by using the dropdown box at the top of the search results. The options are "rating," "distance," and "name."
- To see more information about a business or read their reviews, simply click on the business name in the search results.

Reviewing a Business
- Search for the business you want to review.
- Click on the "Review this Business" link next to the business listing in the search results.
- If you haven't already created a reviewer account, you will need to complete a simple registration process.
- You can then rate and review the business. The review must meet the following guidelines:
- • The review must be written by an actual customer of the business (or someone who attempted to become a customer).
- • The review must accurately describe the customer's experience with the business.
- • A customer may only write one review of a business.
- • The review must only describe the customer's experience with the business
- • Current or former employees/owners of a business may not review their own business.
- • Current or former employees/owners of a business may not review a competing business.
- • The review of a business may not mention a competing business.
- • The review of a business may not include a website address.
- • Negative reviews (1 or 2 stars) must include SPECIFIC details about why the customer was dissatisfied.
